Understanding the Christian Life Through the Gospel, Faith in Christ, Spiritual Growth, and Biblical Teaching

This page explains the foundation of life and faith in Jesus Christ, including the gospel message, salvation by grace through faith, new life in Christ, and Christian discipleship. It teaches how believers grow spiritually through Scripture, prayer, obedience, and participation in the church while living out their faith in everyday life and sharing the gospel with the world.

Life and Faith
Foundation of life and faith in God and His Word

Our Foundation:

Life and faith begin with God. The Bible reveals that God created the world and everything in it for His glory and for the good of humanity. Humanity was created in God’s image to know Him, love Him, and live in fellowship with Him. Yet Scripture teaches that sin entered the world through human disobedience, separating people from God and bringing spiritual and physical death.
Because of His great love, God provided the way of redemption through His Son, Jesus Christ.

The Message of the Gospel:

Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, came into the world through the virgin birth, lived a sinless life, and willingly died on the cross as the substitute for sinners. His death paid the penalty for sin that humanity could not pay. On the third day, He rose bodily from the grave, demonstrating His victory over sin and death. Through faith in Jesus Christ alone, individuals receive forgiveness of sins, new spiritual life, and reconciliation with God. Salvation is a gift of grace and cannot be earned by human effort or good works.
New life in Christ through salvation and spiritual growth

The New Life in Christ:

When a person trusts in Christ as Lord and Savior, the Holy Spirit brings spiritual rebirth and begins the lifelong process of transformation. Believers are called to live in obedience to God’s Word, growing in holiness, love, humility, and service to others. Faith in Christ shapes every area of life—family, work, relationships, and community. The Christian life is one of daily surrender, prayer, worship, and faithful discipleship.

The Church and Community of Faith:

God gathers believers into the church, the body of Christ, where they worship, learn Scripture, encourage one another, and participate in God’s mission in the world. The church proclaims the gospel, practices believer’s baptism and the Lord’s Supper, and seeks to serve others with compassion and truth. Even through digital ministry, believers remain united in Christ and committed to mutual encouragement and spiritual growth.
Mission of faith, discipleship, and sharing the gospel with the world

The Mission of Faith:

Followers of Christ are entrusted with a calling that extends beyond personal faith into active witness. Rooted in the command of Jesus in Matthew 28:19–20, believers are sent to make disciples of all nations, sharing the message of salvation through His life, death, and resurrection. This mission is not limited by geography but is carried into every community and culture. As we proclaim Christ, we also nurture spiritual growth in others, encourage obedience to His Word, and demonstrate His love through service. In doing so, the church participates in God’s redemptive work, faithfully advancing His kingdom throughout the world.

Our Hope:

Christians live with the hope of Christ’s return. One day Jesus will come again, bringing final justice and restoration. Those who trust in Him will live eternally in the presence of God.
Until that day, believers live by faith, proclaim the gospel, and reflect the love of Christ in the world.

Invitation toward Salvation:

The message of life and faith is simple yet profound:
God loves you, Christ died for you, and salvation is offered freely to all who repent and believe. If you have not yet trusted in Jesus Christ, today is the day to respond in faith and begin a new life with God. –
